Job Highlights: · Training opportunities · Off on Public Holidays Responsibilities: ● Achieve excellent sales results on a monthly basis, whilst ensuring a professional and high quality customer experience in all interaction ● Support cross selling activities to maximise enrollment opportunities ● Handle the full suite of enrolment activities, including walk–ins, email, calls, WhatsApp, social media interactions, and participation in marketing campaigns such as open houses ● Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the programmes, addressing the needs of prospective parents and their children ● Accountable for closely following up on all sales leads within the service level agreement to achieve monthly sales targets ● Coordinate and meet-up with parents pre/post trials, initial lessons and conduct centre tours as requested ● Maintain positive relationships with parents and their children at our centres ● Work closely with other Julia Gabriel Centre stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities and objectives to ensure enrolment growth ● Take ownership of any assigned tasks within the team. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of enrolment processes Qualifications ● GCE 'O’ / ’A’ Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry ● 5 days’ work week (Including both weekends) ● Bilingual proficiency to liaise with Chinese speakers ● Experience with CRM, in sales, and customer service ● Passion for sales and eagerness to learn. ● Motivated to achieve and surpass enrollment targets ● Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills ● Outgoing personality, skilled at engaging diverse customers ● Background in sales, marketing, or related fields will be advantageous ● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply *Candidates must be able to work double weekends (both Saturday & Sunday). Product and customer system management training will be provided. Sales commission scheme is offered as part of the remuneration package.
