Summary: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Membership & Corporate Sales) to launch, manage and grow our dining membership programme through customer acquisition and corporate partnerships. You will be responsible for launching our new membership programme at an established restaurant, growing our B2C membership base by converting restaurant diners into loyal members, and expanding our B2B network through partnerships with corporate clients, event organisers, wedding planners and other business partners. This is a sales-focused role with strong earning potential through an attractive uncapped commission structure. Responsibilities: Membership Sales & Programme Management (50%) Drive immediate membership sign-ups by converting restaurant diners into premium members through prepaid dining credit packages. Manage and optimise the Qashier Treats loyalty platform, including promotional campaigns, automated marketing triggers and reward redemption programmes. Execute targeted SMS and email campaigns to drive recurring credit top-ups, customer engagement and member retention. Monitor membership growth, programme utilisation, customer behaviour and sales performance. Achieve monthly membership acquisition and sales targets. Business Development & Corporate Partnerships (50%) Identify, prospect and develop new corporate accounts and partnership opportunities through cold calling, networking and client meetings. Build relationships with wedding planners, event organisers, corporate companies, corporate secretaries and other referral partners. Promote and sell prepaid dining credits for corporate rewards, employee incentives, client gifting, wedding guest perks and event programmes. Attend networking events, MICE, exhibitions and wedding industry functions to generate new business opportunities. Manage corporate enquiries, bulk bookings and long-term client relationships, ensuring seamless service and a premium experience for corporate clients and their guests. Achieve monthly corporate sales and partnership targets. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, membership sales, account management, hospitality or F&B sales. Proven hunter mindset with confidence in cold calling, networking and face-to-face client meetings. Comfortable using CRM, POS or loyalty platforms; experience with Qashier or similar systems is an advantage. Existing networks within the wedding, events or corporate sectors will be an advantage.
