Construction Project Manager

Summary Julian Grey’s client is an established company in the construction sector. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day project execution to ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements. Plan and coordinate site activities, work schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project resources. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and timely resolution of site issues. Monitor project progress, productivity, cost control, progress claims, financial reports, work reports, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with contract terms, procurement procedures, variation order processes, risk controls, safety requirements, and project close-out requirements. Lead and supervise project teams, promote strong workplace safety standards, and support team performance through guidance, coaching, and feedback. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management. Relevant experience in specialised ground-related civil works.
