Quantity Surveyor (Precast Tender)

Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates for precast and building projects. Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and specifications. Review quotations from suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors. Support tender pricing, submission, and budget preparation. Assist in contract administration and documentation. Manage variation orders and cost adjustments. Conduct interim valuations and review payment claims. Prepare final accounts and support cost-related matters. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum1–2 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s building construction industry, preferably with tendering or precast-related exposure.
