Quantity Surveyor

Company Profile Julian Grey’s client is an established construction company providing integrated building and project delivery solutions in Singapore. Responsibilities Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates and pricing for tender submissions. Prepare Bills of Quantities and other tender-related cost documentation. Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, conduct price comparisons and compile costing summaries. Review project specifications and propose practical cost-optimisation measures. Support the project team in managing variation works, progress claims and overall cost control. Track project expenditure against the approved budget and planned work schedule. Verify completed works for progress assessment and evaluation of subcontractor claims. Administer project contracts and assist with the preparation and settlement of final accounts involving clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution. At least 2 years of relevant quantity surveying experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. Collaborative and able to work effectively within a project team.
