Engineer, Civil & Structural

Job Description : Perform site planning, coordination & inspection to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met Review drawings, plans and change orders to verify the structural integrity of materials and design, and perform complex calculations and use modelling methods Provide technical advice and supervision to site personnel to ensure that work on site is carried out according to specifications and requirements Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval Ensure compliance with Singapore Government regulation in terms of safety, building plan, structural plan, and environmental issue Coordinate and assist in RE/RTO inspection, maintain proper documentation of inspection forms and follow-up inspections. Requirements : Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. (PEB recognized degree will be an advantage) At least 3 years of local relevant experience in Building Construction industry ; Involved and completed a HDB or LTA project Good analytical, communication and project management skills Preferably with knowledge in BIM software, MS Project/Primavera6 Suitable candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button or email to Career@kah.com.sg Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
