Site Engineer (Building Construction, C&S)

SITE ENGINEER (Building Construction, C&S) Suitable candidates are encouraged to apply through CAREER@KAH.COM.SG Responsibilities: Supervise daily site progress to ensure work complies with technical specifications. Maintain the proper documentation of inspection forms and other follow-up inspections with RE/RTO. Liaise with subcontractors on day-to-day site operation. Identify and resolve any site issues with other trades. Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, safety inspection logs, and attendance records. Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high quality of workmanship and prompt rectification of defects. Assist in preparing and filing technical submissions, RFI/RFA documentation, and permit-to-work applications. Requirements 2-3 years of relevant experience in local building construction Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related study Able to understand and sketch technical drawings, and coordinate among different trades Good knowledge in local standards and requirements Excellent communication skills to handle coordination between diverse site teams Able to work in a fast-paced environment Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
