About this role

Will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing business growth strategies to expand the company's market presence, increase revenue, and strengthen client relationships. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, conducting market research, generating leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that support business expansion and long-term organizational growth. Specific Responsibilities 1.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs and new business opportunities within the natural resources and chemical sectors. 2.Analyze competitor activities, market conditions and customer requirements to support business expansion and strategic decision-making. 3.Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales, market share and revenue growth. 4.Develop and implement business development strategies to promote the company's products to tyre, resin, pharmaceutical, non-rubber and related manufacturing industries. 5.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. 6.Collaborate with senior management to develop growth objectives and implement market penetration strategies aligned with the company's business goals. 7.Generate leads through business networking, client referrals, cold calling, and direct engagement with potential customers. 8.Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, presentations and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities. 9.Represent the company in meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions to promote products and identify potential partnerships.
