Procurement & Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities Manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and restaurant supplies. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery. Issue purchase orders and monitor order fulfilment. Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and ensure adequate inventory levels. Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. Work with the kitchen and operations team to forecast purchasing needs. Monitor food costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Ensure proper storage and stock rotation in accordance with food safety requirements. Maintain procurement records and prepare inventory and purchasing reports. Perform other procurement and operational duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of procurement or inventory management experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Good negotiation and supplier management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication and organisational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
