Operations & Supply Chain Executive

Industry: Minimart & Restaurant Key Responsibilities Manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, groceries, and retail merchandise. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers. Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries. Coordinate inventory replenishment for the restaurant and minimart. Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock audits. Ensure timely delivery of goods from suppliers to the restaurant and minimart. Coordinate logistics for imported products where applicable. Maintain inventory records and prepare purchasing and stock reports. Work with the kitchen and store teams to forecast inventory requirements. Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and storage conditions. Ensure compliance with food safety and inventory control procedures. Develop and improve procurement and inventory SOPs. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers. Perform other operational duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory, logistics, retail, food and beverage, or supply chain. Good negotiation and supplier management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems. Strong communication and organisational skills. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
