Job Description Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff Overseeing recruitment, staff scheduling and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service Ensure customers satisfaction through excellent service Facilitating superior guest experiences, including addressing customer complaints Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customer Additional ad-hoc store manager duties as needed Negotiating vendor contracts Overseeing inventory and the condition of perishable goods, utensils and cooking supplies Job Requirement Good communication, customer and interpersonal skills Able to work on weekends and public holidays Previous experience is preferred
