Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally. Monitor sales, manage cash handling, and prepare daily reports. Requirements Previous experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
