Architectural Coordinator

Company Overview The client is a main contractor specializing in hotel, residential, and commercial projects, offering project management and design-and-build services. Job Summary Coordinate architectural drawings and site activities to ensure quality construction aligned with approved plans and regulations. Manage materials, subcontractors, and compliance to deliver projects on schedule. Responsibilities Coordinate and review architectural shop drawings with structural and M&E layouts to identify and resolve discrepancies before construction. Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and master schedules. Manage submission, tracking, and approval of architectural material samples and mock-ups with consultants and clients. Support the project team in ensuring architectural installations comply with Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and workplace safety guidelines. Collaborate with architectural subcontractors to clarify technical details, oversee workmanship, and resolve daily site issues. Preferred competencies and qualifications Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Building Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or related fields. 3 to 6 years of experience in architectural coordination or site supervision within the Singapore construction sector. Proficiency in architectural drafting and viewing software such as AutoCAD and BIM/Revit. Knowledge of local building materials, construction methods, and workmanship quality standards like CONQUAS. Strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
