Architectural Manager

Company Overview The client is a main contractor specializing in hotel, residential, and commercial projects, offering project management and design-and-build services. Job Summary Manage architectural project coordination and technical reviews to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery across building projects in Singapore’s construction industry. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate architectural works on-site to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural components seamlessly Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve technical issues ensuring buildability Ensure all architectural works comply with Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and relevant statutory requirements Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to facilitate smooth project progression and secure timely approvals Oversee quality assurance procedures on-site to ensure architectural finishes meet industry standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Building Construction Management, Architecture, or related field 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural management or coordination within Singapore’s construction industry Proficiency in architectural and project management tools such as BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction methodologies, and safety regulations Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse project teams effectively
