The group manages renewable energy and construction projects overseas, primarily in Sri Lanka and India. They are seeking a highly independent and hands-on Finance & Operations Manager with strong experience in construction/project accounting and operational finance to support the business. Role Overview This is a broad and independent role suitable for a seasoned accountant with strong experience in construction/project-based accounting and operational finance. The successful candidate will manage full-set accounts while driving financial oversight of project performance, cost control, and operational processes across multiple entities and overseas projects. Key Responsibilities Finance, Accounting & Project Reporting Handle full-set accounts for multiple holding companies in Singapore Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and group consolidation Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions Manage cash flow, including forecasting, budgeting, and funding requirements for projects Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external service providers Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in Singapore Construction & Project Accounting Monitor and track project costs, budgets, and profitability across construction and renewable energy projects Prepare project-based financial reports, including cost-to-complete, variance analysis, and margin tracking Manage progress billing, revenue recognition, and project cash flow cycles Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting Review and control project expenditures, contracts, and payment schedules Support financial planning and analysis for o…
