Drafter (Piping Designer)

Develop, update and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines with a strong emphasis on accuracy, coordination, and quality control. Ensure timely submission of BIM models and drawings in line with project requirements and schedules. Organize and manage data to facilitate seamless coordination across disciplines (M&E, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing Sanitary, etc.). Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modelling standards. Work closely with design teams, project teams and lead engineers to produce coordinated CAD drawings and BIM outputs. Provide accurate BIM deliverables to support design, authority submissions, and construction documentation.
