QA Engineer (Oil&Gas|Manufacturing)

About our client : Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications. About the role : Develop and implement quality inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure product accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Design and improve inspection and testing processes, procedures, and equipment to enhance product quality. Conduct quality assurance tests and perform statistical analysis to monitor quality performance and identify potential risks. Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ensure corrective actions and deviations are properly addressed and meet required reliability standards. Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes. About you: Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas manufacturing industry. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines. Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, inspection methods, and testing procedures. Experience in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality documentation. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
