About this role
Job Description: Manage end-to-end resource planning, capacity management, and workforce forecasting across programme workstreams. Coordinate resource demand submissions, backfills, onboarding, offboarding, and staffing activities. Facilitate resource governance processes and ensure compliance with approved staffing and demand management procedures. Partner with delivery leads to identify upcoming workforce requirements, resource risks, dependencies, and capacity gaps. Maintain workforce trackers, demand pipelines, resource plans, staffing dashboards, and project reporting artefacts. Support financial assessments, resource forecasting, and workforce reporting to facilitate resource decision-making. Prepare programme reports, metrics, presentations, and executive materials for leadership meetings and governance forums. Coordinate and manage programme meetings, including leadership forums, team lead meetings, governance reviews, and working group sessions. Drive meeting governance activities including agenda preparation, action item tracking, decision logging, meeting minutes, and follow-up coordination. Monitor delivery progress across workstreams and support tracking of key milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans. Work closely with delivery managers and workstream leads to ensure timely follow-up and closure of project deliverables and commitments. Act as the primary coordination point between project teams, HR, recruitment, resource management teams, and delivery stakeholders for approved staffing requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resource management processes, reporting, governance, and workforce visibility. Requirements: Experience in PMO, workforce planning, resource management, programme operations, project coordination, or related functions. Experience supporting large-scale technology, healthcare, digital, or transformation programmes. Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across delivery teams and support functions. Experience in meeting governance, action tracking, project reporting, and executive communications. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to analyse data and prepare reports and presentations. Experience in resource planning, capacity management, demand tracking, workforce reporting, and project governance. Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, or other reporting and collaboration tools is advantageous.
