About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive outbound lead generation and support the growth of our enterprise client base. This role will focus on identifying potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and contributing directly to business growth in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Identify and engage prospective customers across various industries. Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential opportunities. Meeting & Opportunity Development Schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings for the sales team. Follow up on inbound leads, marketing campaigns, and partner referrals. Gather customer requirements and communicate key insights to the sales team. Ensure qualified opportunities are progressed to the next stage of the sales process. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system. Track prospecting activities, meeting outcomes, and pipeline development. Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics. Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support customer acquisition efforts. Contribute market feedback and customer insights to improve sales strategies. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines. 1–3 years of experience in telesales, business development, lead generation, customer acquisition, or related sales roles.
