Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Director to develop our business in the local market through partner ecosystem development and direct enterprise sales. This role focuses primarily on building strategic partnerships with system integrators, IT service providers, and software distributors, while also leading key enterprise opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Management & Development Build, train, and lead the Southeast Asia sales team. Coach team members on the value proposition of AI office software and solution-based selling techniques. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process to improve overall productivity and per capita performance. 2. Revenue Achievement & Client Management Develop and execute regional sales strategy, breaking down annual and quarterly targets (new customer acquisition, ARR, renewals, and upsell). Ensure the team consistently achieves 100% of assigned quotas. Personally manage key accounts across financial services, professional services, and large Hong Kong enterprises; lead negotiations and contract closures. Effectively demonstrate the value of AI office software in improving efficiency and reducing costs. Maximize customer lifecycle value by driving upgrades of AI modules and user expansion, improving retention rate and Net Dollar Retention (NDR). 3.
