Job Summary You will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing enterprise client relationships, and closing deals while collaborating with internal teams to tailor AI-powered office solutions that meet market demands. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients to foster loyalty and repeat business Negotiate contract terms and close deals to consistently meet or exceed individual annual sales targets Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategies Provide actionable market and customer insights to marketing and product teams to guide strategic decisions Ensure high client satisfaction by maintaining ongoing engagement and delivering responsive support Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively to maintain strong client relationships Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with product development Share insights on local market demands to support product localization and enhancement initiatives Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office solutions or SaaS/PaaS Proven track record of meeting sales goals and expanding client portfolios In-depth knowledge of software sales cycles and licensing models Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills applied in sales contexts Highly self-driven and results-oriented, thriving in competitive environments
