Job Description & Requirements · Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager; · Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion. · Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress; · Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion. · Assist for submission of evaluation of progress claim, variation work to M&E Manager · Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings; · Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record. Requirements: · Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore; · Minimum 3 years’ work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry; · Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience in HDB projects or high-rise developments; · Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences; · Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams to execute work Suitable candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button or email to Career@kah.com.sg Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
