HR Executive

URGENT HIRING - HR EXECUTIVE (Near Kembangan MRT/Chai Chee area; Mondays to Fridays) Suitable candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button or email to Career@kah.com.sg Job Description: Full Spectrum HR and administrative functions, with focus on managing foreign construction workers Register, renew and coordinate workers' Coretrade, CSOC and other mandatory training and certification courses Administer benefits such as leave applications, medical benefits (PCP), and respond to HR-related enquiries; Manage insurance renewals and process Work Injury Compensation (WIC) and medical insurance claims when required; Maintain accurate employee records, and ensure proper filing systems, and support efficient office administration; Process payroll accurately and timely, including the computation of wages for daily-rated workers; Coordinate the onboarding and repatriation of Work Permit holders; Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and company policies; Perform HR and administrative duties assigned Requirements: Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; Relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction industry; Strong knowledge of MOM work pass processes and payroll administration is an advantage; Familiarity with CoreTrade, CSOC, PCP, WIC and other industry-related requirements is preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration role Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
