JOB SUMMARY The Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating staff wellness programmes and initiatives that promote the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of employees. The incumbent works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster a healthy, engaged, and resilient workforce aligned with the organisation's people and wellness strategies. The role supports the planning and execution of wellness campaigns, staff engagement activities, health promotion initiatives, and employee assistance programmes. The incumbent also monitors programme effectiveness, analyses participation data, manages wellness-related resources and budgets, and ensures compliance with organisational policies and relevant healthcare and workplace safety guidelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Staff Wellness Programme Management Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate staff wellness programmes that support employees' physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Develop annual wellness calendars aligned with organisational priorities and staff needs. Coordinate health promotion campaigns, wellness challenges, talks, workshops, and engagement activities. Monitor programme participation and evaluate programme outcomes for continuous improvement. Staff Engagement Develop initiatives that foster employee engagement, appreciation, and a positive workplace culture. Support the planning and execution of staff recognition events and wellness campaigns. Gather staff feedback to identify wellness needs and improve programme effectiveness. Promote staff participation through effective communication and engagement strategies. Partnership and Vendor Management Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to coordinate wellness programmes and activities. Source, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and service standards. Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, community organisations, and wellness professionals to enhance programme offerings Programme Administration Prepare programme proposals, reports, budgets, and presentation materials. Maintain accurate records of programme participation, expenditure, and outcomes. Monitor programme budgets and ensure prudent utilisation of allocated resources. Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation. Data Management and Reporting Collect, analyse, and report wellness programme data and key performance indicators. Prepare management reports and dashboards on programme performance and staff participation. Recommend service improvements based on data analysis and staff feedback. Committee Support Provide secretariat support for Staff Wellness Committee meetings. Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items. Support the implementation of committee initiatives and recommendations JOB REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Event Management, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant disciplines. At least 3 years of relevant experience in programme administration, staff engagement, event management, project coordination, or corporate services, preferably within the healthcare or community care sector. Good understanding of staff wellness and employee engagement programme. Strong planning, project management, and event coordination skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to priorities competing demands.
