Major Responsibilities Act as team manager, coach and role model To manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal writing to execution to post-project client service To support partners in client management and business development To guide the growth of junior team members Candidate Requirements At least 2-3 years in a top-tier management consulting firm with demonstrated project management experience. Expertise in strategy and mergers & acquisitions a must. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years post-MBA experience and/or a total of 6-8 years experience. At least 3 years of experience in Southeast Asia. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential, while additional SEA language capabilities (e.g. Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) will be a strong advantage.
