Key Responsibilities Guest Experience : Deliver exceptional, go-the-extra-mile service by engaging with customers in a warm and professional manner. Project a positive brand image, uphold the company's service vision, and proactively resolve any service challenges. Operational Excellence : Execute daily operations to the highest standards. This includes thorough mise en place preparation, managing counter and take-away services, and continuously cultivating a productive and innovative mindset to improve workflows. Team Collaboration : Maintain seamless communication and a strong partnership with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely food delivery, and a smooth, clean operating environment. Order & Payment Processing : Accurately take customer orders, present bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail. Health, Safety, & Environment : Maintain a clean, organized food and beverage production and service area. Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations while ensuring the overall security and well-being of guests. Problem Solving : Address operational issues decisively and efficiently, making sound decisions to minimize disruptions during service. Requirements Interpersonal Skills : An approachable, friendly demeanor coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Accuracy & Efficiency : Highly detail-oriented with the ability to execute tasks—such as order taking, billing, and food delivery—promptly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Industry Passion : A genuine enthusiasm for the Food & Beverage industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality hospitality. Flexibility & Team Spirit : Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays. Must possess a collaborative attitude, including a willingness to assist kitchen staff when required.
