Programme Executive (6 Months Contract – Maternity Cover)

Key Responsibilities Conduct community outreach to raise awareness of family-related support services and encourage participation in Family Life Education programmes. Partner with schools to identify the needs of parents and recommend suitable parenting and marriage programmes. Support the Family Life Trainer in programme coordination, including participant recruitment, venue arrangements, and logistics. Host and facilitate webinars via the Zoom platform. Maintain programme records and assist with data management and administrative tasks. Provide operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes and events. Requirements Diploma in Social Work or a related field. Experience in event coordination and/or data management is an advantage. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable engaging with parents, schools, and community stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom). Passionate about supporting families and empowering parents. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekday evenings and weekends, when required.
