Sales Director

Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s sales and business development strategy Identify and secure new business opportunities in the beauty, aesthetics, and personal care market Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and corporate clients Lead sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial deal structuring Drive revenue growth and achieve agreed sales targets Study market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to support business expansion Work closely with management to develop branding, customer acquisition, and market penetration plans Build, train, and manage the sales team as the company grows Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates Requirements Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, wellness, FMCG, or related personal care industry preferred Strong commercial sense and track record in revenue generation Good network and client development ability in Singapore or regional markets Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Able to work independently in a growing business environment Results-driven, strategic, and hands-on
