Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and acquire new customers, business partners, and corporate accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Promote the company's beauty products and services through various sales channels. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitors. Manage customer inquiries and provide professional consultation. Work closely with management to develop business expansion plans. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives. Requirements Diploma in Business, Marketing, Beauty Management, or related disciplines. At least 3 years of sales or business development experience. Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, cosmetics, wellness, or luxury service industry is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
