Guest Relationship Officer

Job Description & Requirements We are looking for a warm and engaging Guest Relationship Officer to join our Deli team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a welcoming and personalized experience. You will handle inquiries, assist with product recommendations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor Handle inquiries about our products, including charcuterie, cheeses, and specialty items Provide recommendations based on customer preferences Address any concerns or special requests to ensure a positive experience Assist with reservations, orders, and managing customer feedback Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for food and hospitality, with knowledge of deli products as a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Previous customer service or guest relations experience is preferred Good presentation is a must If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service, we’d love to have you as part of our team!
