JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title SALES COORDINATORS Occupation Sales and Marketing Coordinator Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: • Achieve the specification of our services in the building and construction industry (Waterproofing, Coatings & Concrete Repairs) • Responsible for the execution of all sales support activities in Singapore • Understand construction drawings (plan/section/elevation) • Design and develop waterproofing details and coordinate with the CAD engineers to develop drawings for architects and contractors • Provide technical assistance pre & post-sales at the project sites related to waterproofing products • Key account management (purchase order/delivery/feedback/client relationship) Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant disciplines with exp. will be considered • Min. 5 years of sales/marketing or working experience in Waterproofing products/services • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with Chinese contractors • Must be prepared to attend to customer’s queries. *Indicate "pu grouting" in your resume when sending your resume
