Urgent: Associate Project Manager (Construction & Geotechnical Engineering)

Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project coordination. Manage construction projects to ensure timely completion within approved budget, quality, and contractual requirements. Coordinate project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and site activities involving manpower, materials, and equipment. Monitor project progress, productivity, financial performance, claims, and reports to ensure smooth project delivery. Review and manage contractual requirements, including variations, procurement processes, project handover, and final accounts. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures while ensuring compliance with HSEQ, safety, and company standards. Lead and develop project teams through effective supervision, coaching, and performance management. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management or civil engineering projects. Experience in ground improvement works, such as grouting or deep soil mixing is required. Strong knowledge of construction operations, contract management, and project coordination. Possess a valid Construction Safety Course for Project Managers or Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification.
