Responsible for supporting supply chain and purchasing operations, including supplier coordination, shipping cost management, freight negotiation, and procurement activities. The role will work closely with suppliers, shipping lines, logistics partners, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution, cost optimization, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Support export quotation activities, including preparing and following up on overseas freight quotations to ensure timely shipment arrangements. Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth booking, shipment execution, and on-time delivery according to customer requirements. Assist in negotiating ocean freight rates, local trucking charges, port handling fees, and other logistics-related costs to achieve cost reduction targets. Monitor and analyze logistics expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support supply chain cost optimization initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics suppliers to secure competitive rates and reliable services. Expand and maintain logistics supplier resources, including identifying new shipping partners and evaluating supplier performance. Coordinate with suppliers on purchasing activities, order status, delivery schedules, and material availability. Support purchase order processing, supplier communication, and procurement documentation management. Provide accurate logistics and financial data to the Sales team and internal stakeholders for customer support and business decision-making. Prepare shipping cost analysis, procurement reports, and related operational data for management review. Handle customer inquiries related to shipment schedules, delivery status, and logistics arrangements. Ensure customer-focused service by providing timely responses and effective solutions to shipment-related issues. Support continuous improvement of purchasing and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency. Perform other supply chain, purchasing, and logistics-related duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or international trade operations is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of procurement processes, ocean freight, shipping operations, and logistics cost management. Familiar with export documentation, freight quotation processes, and Incoterms is an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, shipping lines, and logistics partners. Good analytical skills with the ability to manage cost data and prepare reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience is preferred. Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good command of English and Chinese communication skills is preferred.
