Legal Associate / Lawyer - Handle Litigation & Disputes

Responsibilities Manage Shipping and International Trade disputes, including advisory and litigation support. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to shipping and international trade. Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices. Assist in arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and correspondence. Support senior lawyers in developing case strategies and managing client relationships. Requirements 2–6 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as a Singapore-qualified lawyer. Experience handling Shipping and International Trade disputes. Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
