Job Summary You will manage daily billing operations, liaise with internal teams on billing matters, handle customer enquiries on discrepancies, and maintain accurate billing records to support smooth financial processes. Responsibilities Liaise with Customs Brokerage, Haulage, and Operations teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate charge processing Submit job charge sheets and billing reports on time for daily billing cycles Verify billing charges and promptly issue invoices to customers Generate invoices using Oracle JD Edwards Accounting System and update billing records in Keyfields system Prepare and maintain billing templates and documentation to support billing accuracy Investigate and resolve customer enquiries related to billing discrepancies promptly Organize and maintain filing of invoices and supporting documents for audit and compliance Arrange delivery of original tax invoices and related documents via email, courier, or mail Assist with ad-hoc billing tasks and projects as assigned by Supervisor or Manager Required competencies and certifications Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and support overtime when required Strong attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and customers Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field Basic knowledge of Accounting or Finance principles Other Information Work schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) Location: Bulim Ave @ Boon Lay / Jurong area Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
