Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end project management of the Company’s new build and A&A works, from design development to tendering through to execution, completion, and handover to Operations or Leasing, covering both pre- and post-construction phases. Prepare and manage project budgets, administer tender processes, and provide regular cost and financial reports to Management. Review and ensure all architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and works comply with applicable regulations, codes, and by-laws of relevant authorities. Monitor and control project progress to ensure alignment with specifications, timelines, and approved budgets. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Management, landlords, contractors, consultants, and government authorities, to achieve successful project delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality. Chair and lead weekly project progress meetings with main contractors and consultants to track performance, address issues, and drive timely resolution. Attend and provide weekly project updates to Management, highlighting key progress, risks, and issues requiring discussion or approval. Report directly to Head of Project Department Undertake administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Degree in Building Construction or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project and Design Management. Strong familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority approval processes. Prior experience with developers will be an advantage. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects, preferably from inception to completion. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Meticulous, proactive, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
