Corporate Development (Intern)

Responsibilities: Work on social projects suck as exploring new business venture through research and financial modelling. Conduct thorough market research to support investment and business decisions. Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities. Assist in preparing investment decks and investment proposals. Liaise with property agents, investors and other key stakeholders. Accompany senior team members on site visits to evaluate business model and potential real estate acquisitions. Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of investment analysis. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Good written and interpersonal communication skills. Meticulous in financial reporting. Experience with financial modelling, market research, and developing investment deck.
