We are seeking a dynamic, eager-to-learn and detail-oriented Communications Executive to support the execution of internal and external communications initiatives. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the role will play a key part in shaping employee engagement, enhancing corporate reputation, and supporting investor relations efforts through clear, consistent and compelling communications. A. Key Responsibilities Internal Communications Draft and manage internal bi-monthly e-newsletters, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery Develop staff engagement pre- and post-event communications. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure message consistency. External Communications: - Public Relations Work closely with the Communications Manager and Public Relations agency to support media engagement efforts Assist in drafting press releases, media responses and key messaging for corporate announcements Assist in coordinating and facilitating on-site media interviews, including logistics and circulation of media briefing materials Conduct media and industry research to curate trends and insights relevant to the business. Organise and synthesise the team’s research findings into meaningful insights to support audience-centric narrative development for various audiences and across multiple platforms. - Investor Relations Support the preparation and updating of investor relations materials, including factsheets, quarterly business performance results presentations and press releases. Coordinate with C-suite executives, Finance team, and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of information and required materials during quarterly business performance announcement periods. Assist in organising investor-related events, such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs), investor roadshows, analyst and investor meetings, overseeing event logistics and administrative coordination to ensure smooth execution and positive stakeholder engagement B. Skills & Competencies Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or related fields Experience in creating content for social media platforms and measuring platform performance Experience in listed companies, real estate, or agency environments will be an advantage Exposure to investor relations work is a plus Basic graphic design skill with ability to use Adobe Creative Suite or Canva tools is a plus Core Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Proactive in media monitoring Basic financial news literacy Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content Ability to guide AI agents to produce meaningful and accurate task results. Strong sense of storytelling and narrative development Strong project coordination and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (for presentation and reporting purposes) Interpersonal Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines Collaborative team player with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset
