Drafter

Electrical Drafting Prepare detailed electrical layout drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, cable routing plans, and other technical drawings using AutoCAD. Develop, revise, and maintain electrical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. Update drawings based on design revisions, site mark-ups, engineers' comments, and project requirements. Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Maintain accurate CAD files, drawing registers, and project documentation. Coordination Coordinate with electrical engineers, project managers, site supervisors, and other disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, and civil) to ensure proper integration of electrical systems. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain technical documentation, equipment information, and drawing details. Support the preparation and tracking of Requests for Information (RFIs), technical submittals, and document control. Monitor project progress and assist in preparing project reports, schedules, and status updates. Attend coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items. General Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or Supervisor.
