About this role
Responsibilities · Perform basic food preparation tasks, including washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients. · Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements. · Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the kitchen and workstations. · Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times. · Provide support to senior chefs during food preparation and service operations. Requirements · Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent professional qualification. · Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry or hotel. · Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations · Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. · Willingness to work on weekends, and public holidays as required.
