Job Scope Generate quotations to customer To assist in purchasing the necessary parts for service jobs To check spares availabilities & lead time with various suppliers To check & ensure that prices quoted from vendors are competitive To track spares delivery status and advise accordingly to store-man To track & file all purchases with reference to service jobs To prepare Delivery orders & Invoices in a timely and organized manner To assist service team on logistic preparation for overseas job assignment To assist the Accounts team with proper documents to ensure timely payment from customers Requirements ITE/Diploma in Business, Engineering, or any related field
