As an Account Executive / Coordinator, you will help plan, run and measure integrated PR and social campaigns across a diverse client portfolio spanning government, technology, financial services, and non-profit organisations. It is a foundational role that blends sharp writing, careful research and proactive media work. You will handle client-servicing tasks early on and build a deep understanding of Singapore's media landscape. This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows how to work, not just how to learn. We use AI tools daily to raise the quality and speed of what we deliver, and we want someone who is fluent and thoughtful in using them. Responsibilities: Media relations: Pitch stories to journalists, secure client coverage, and build genuine media relationships over time, including meeting media in person. Content development: Research and draft high-quality media materials, including press releases, tailored media pitches, bylined articles and Q&A documents. Social media: Write and edit engaging social copy and develop creative briefs across digital platforms, testing ideas and formats. Story development: Spot and develop story angles, both planned and proactive, on behalf of clients. Research and strategy: Conduct market and competitor research to support live client work and new business pitches, synthesising findings into clear, usable insight. Monitoring and reporting: Run daily media monitoring and compile clear performance reports for PR and social; work with monitoring tools on data analysis. Coordination and support: Maintain media databases, manage timelines, coordinate event RSVPs, and liaise with suppliers, partners and vendors to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Support and help guide our interns as they grow. What we are looking for: Proven experience: One or more internships (or comparable work) that clearly show you can operate independently and contribute as part of a team. Writing ability: Excellent written and verbal English, with a strong attention to detail. AI fluency: Practical experience using AI tools to work more efficiently and to a higher standard, with the judgment to know when to deploy. Second language (advantage): Working competence in Mandarin is a strong plus. Ownership: A self-starter who takes initiative, manages multiple tasks without dropping quality, and follows through. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
