Job Summary Manage and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and support operational asset tracking to maintain smooth logistics operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor company vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections, road tax, and insurance renewals to ensure operational readiness Arrange repair and preventive maintenance for forklifts, equipment, and operational machinery to minimize downtime Conduct regular facility inspections to verify warehouse and office equipment functionality and safety Liaise with external vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing works Monitor safety compliance and enforce adherence to company safety procedures and regulations across operations Support workplace safety activities by conducting safety inspections, reporting incidents, and implementing corrective actions Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, equipment maintenance, facility repairs, and safety documentation for audit and tracking purposes Assist in managing operational assets, inventory, and equipment tracking to optimize resource utilization Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill daily operational requirements and support workflow efficiency Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices within warehouse and operational areas to maintain a safe working environment Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations management or a similar role Proven experience coordinating maintenance and operational activities Ability to start work immediately or within short notice Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills demonstrated through managing operational teams Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities applied in operational contexts Proficiency in project management tools and techniques to plan and track maintenance schedules Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards relevant to logistics operations Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams Other Information 5.5 working days per week Company transport provided for Bedok, Tampines, Pasir Ris, and Sengkang areas How to Apply: Interested applicants may click 'Apply' or contact the Recruitment Team via WhatsApp at +65 97815157
