About this role

About LOOM LOOM is founded by Andrew Chan, alongside Renee Lim and Jeffrey Lee of Lemonfridge Group, as a joint venture design and build firm with an in-house tech stack of specialized AI agents. We work directly with landlords, leasing agencies, architects, corporate occupiers, and homeowners. You'll cross-train across typologies — corporate, F&B, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and high-end homes — so the work stays varied and the learning curve stays steep. Our teams work with the support of one unified decision engine combining generative design, real-time cost intelligence, and decision-grade visualisation. With it, you help owners and occupiers explore multiple futures of their space at speed — in days, not weeks. You won't just use AI tools; you'll work alongside specialized agents built into our pipeline, focused on the work that actually compounds your craft. LOOM's pre-construction decision OS explores and accelerates the possibilities. Our teams of Designers, PMs, and QSes refine what's right. Clients decide with confidence. And we design and build it — one accountable team, from first brief to final walkdown. We are looking for a Videographer & Editor to join us at LOOM! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and marketing teams to ensure video content aligns with brand messaging and goals. Plan and direct video shoots, ensuring quality control of visuals, audio, and lighting on set. Operate and manage high-end production gear including cameras, stabilizers, and lighting systems. Edit videos with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, motion, and sound design. Provide creative direction on post-production elements including graphics, transitions, music, and color grading. Stay ahead of digital content trends, proposing fresh ideas that push creative boundaries. Be involved in the creation and maintenance of the brand's Youtube channel Requirements: Fresh grads are welcome Strong portfolio/showreel that demonstrates versatility across commercial, branded, and social media content. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro , with solid experience in color grading . Skilled in operating professional video equipment and managing complex shoots with multiple setups. Working knowledge of After Effects , Photoshop , and Illustrator for motion design and graphics integration. Excellent storytelling instincts and a strong visual eye for framing, lighting, and editing rhythm. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality content on deadline. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both shooting and editing social media content for brands. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro , with solid experience in color grading . Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions.Comfortable working independently on end-to-end video production. Must be able to be open to occasional travel for shoots. LOOM hires Talents, not employees — ownership over task-following, output over theatre. If building the future of how spaces get made sounds like your kind of problem, we want to meet you. Submit your interest by applying on MyCareersFuture, or send your CV and a few lines on a fit-out project you helped cost or deliver to hello@loomworks.sg, or DM @loomworks.studio on Instagram.
