Löyly Studio is a wellness and sauna experience space inspired by the Finnish tradition of sauna culture. We provide a relaxing and authentic environment that helps guests reconnect with their body and mind through heat, contrast, and calm. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities 1. Guest Journey and Hosting You will personally lead guests through the traditional Finnish sauna ritual — not from a script, but with genuine knowledge and presence. Your role begins before the guest enters the sauna and continues through the löyly, the contrast sequence, and the rest. At the close of each visit, you will invite guests to share their experience, and — only once earned through the session itself — introduce the membership or package that best fits their practice. We do not hard-sell; the best membership conversation is one the guest is ready to have 2. Team Management and Training You will plan and manage the part-time service roster, ensuring adequate coverage across all operating hours. Every team member will be trained to the studio’s standard — not operational competence alone, but the confidence and care to guide guests through the ritual authentically. You will observe service delivery regularly and provide hands-on remedial coaching wherever standards fall short. The guest experience is only as strong as the weakest shift. 3. Studio Operations The studio is a reflection of the practice it houses. You will ensure it remains consistently clean, composed, and well-stocked at all times — consumables, toiletries, and amenities maintained without waiting to be asked 4. Growth and Membership Retention Working alongside the Marketing Lead, you convert experience into commitment. You will contribute ideas for events, rituals, and programming, and bring the floor’s perspective into the marketing workstream. The relationships you build are the studio’s most reliable conversion engine.
