Job Summary You will engage customers through cold calling to secure bookings, provide excellent customer service and reception support, manage invoicing and sales settlements, and contribute positively in a dynamic beauty and wellness environment. Responsibilities Initiate cold calls to potential customers to secure service bookings and increase client engagement Deliver attentive customer service to address client inquiries and enhance satisfaction Manage reception duties including greeting clients and coordinating appointments efficiently Conduct reminder calls to clients to confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows Prepare and process accurate invoices for services rendered Perform day-end sales settlement to reconcile transactions and maintain financial accuracy Adapt to a challenging work environment with a positive and outgoing attitude Communicate effectively and build rapport with clients to foster a sociable atmosphere Demonstrate enthusiasm for working in the Beauty and Aesthetic industry Other Information Benefits Competitive salary with commission and allowance Working Hours Weekdays: 11am to 9pm Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays: 10am to 6pm Off Days Six weekdays and one Sunday off per month, with public holiday replacement off
