Sales Executive (Indoor) / Copiers / Printers

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about training and certification and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation, data mining, and relationship building. Your primary objective will be to convert opportunities into successful sales, consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas. Responsibilities: Manage Sales Activities including address customers' enquiries, invoices & delivery orders, sales order processing, initialling of quotations and collection of payments. Perform support to sales admin & marketing functions. Site visit / meeting to discuss on delivery requirement. Updating data, filing and others sales support Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new & existing accounts. Monitor and evaluate sales efficiency, strategies and productivity against inventory position and customers’ plan. Working closely with different internal departments -Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics. Prepares standard quotations and proposals. Prepare standard quotations and proposals Provide daily sales call report Respond and generate quotation in response to existing customers Response to inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs Recommend customers for upgrades and maintenance contracts Any other duties as assigned by the superior. Requirements : • Working experience in B2B sales / business development • Sales & product training provided. • Maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and integrity • Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Minimum ITE/Diploma - Typically 80% indoor, 20% outdoor Other info: · Company with business in photocopier consumables and parts · Salary $2200 - $2800 + commission · 5-day work week · Located in Jalan Pemimpin · Permanent Role Interested candidates, pls apply with resume in MS Word format.
