Casual Baker (Part-Time) About the Role We are looking for a passionate Casual Baker to support our Pastry Kitchen in producing high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. You will work closely with our culinary team to maintain the highest standards of quality and food safety. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked products. Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in recipe preparation and product development. Ensure products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards. Monitor baking equipment and report maintenance issues when required. Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies. Adhere to food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Pastry Chef. Requirements Previous bakery, pastry, or kitchen experience is preferred. Passion for baking and food preparation. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
