Operations Analyst | Bank | 6-Month Contract

Job Responsibilities Process and manage corporate action events for the business, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Review and process various corporate actions such as dividends, rights issues, bonus issues, stock splits, mergers, tender offers, and other market events. Perform daily operational and transaction processing activities in accordance with established procedures. Conduct reconciliations of securities and cash positions to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and outstanding items in a timely manner. Support ad hoc operational initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities. Job Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. With at least 1 year experience in a banking industry or financial operations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
