Business Analyst (Avaloq) | Contract

Job Responsibilities Gather document requirements, analyze, and translate business needs into clear documentation. Facilitate workshops and lead sessions and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams. Support solution design, testing, and validation of requirements within Agile delivery models. Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations. Job Qualifications Degree in Technology, Business or equivalent. 5 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services. Solid domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management/Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments/Capital Markets, or Digital Banking. Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ. Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capable to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.
